I am a Reiki teaching master, a minister, a ritualist and a museum director. I received my Death Doula certification from University of Vermont's esteemed Professional and Continuing Education Program. I am constantly learning, most recently through The Centre for Sacred Deathcare with Sarah Kerr, PhD.
I believe that we are all connected and that energetic connection is the meaning of life and our purpose is to honor that connection through understanding and compassionate empathy.
We are here on earth FOR each other.
The intention of "Bring Death Home" is for families, loved ones and people journeying through end of life to face their time on their terms. While dying at home may be reasonable for some, it is not for others. "Home" can be a hospice, nursing or home-setting. The important part is knowing how to take control of your time and your journey. You get to choose.
I feel privileged to support people through life's last transition and love creating rituals leading up to and after a person's passing to give their family and loved ones a sense of peace and closure.
